FBNYC Style: Military Inspired

I have always had a love for anything military, except actually joining. Camos? Gimmie, Utilitarian? Yep and everything in between. With my latest rediscovery of Ebay, I am getting inspired by the uniforms that “the proud and brave” wear for function. What’s great about these clothes is that you can get really well made items that don’t cost an arm and leg.

Also, the big fashion houses have been looking to military uniforms FOR-EV-ER, so instead of paying that $2000 price tag from DSquared or Vetements for a flight jacket, you can get the real thing for $50, shit or cheaper.

So ladies and gents, take advantage of Ebay, vintage, and your local Army Surplus store. You can create a unique look without feeling guilty and look good while doing it.
